Elon musk set an imperative when he said “….I think it’s possible for ordinary people to choose to be extra ordinary…” as the nexus of the human appetite to evolve! As we transcend and embrace technology, people and process improvements – it’s crucial to embrace the notion of Appreciative Inquiry to drive amazing levels of insights in organisational systems.
